Title: EM-Traffic.com - Free Manual Traffic Exchange [SITE OFFLINE]
Post by SolidSnake on 3rd May, 2016 at 1:26am
I've just joined EM-Traffic through our downline builder and I'm checking it out.. how to promote for credits, available advertising options etc.

From what I can see,  there is this promo url that has the following description:

Quote:
(receive 0.5 [gold 1] credits/hits/24h - build downline)
participate in weekly promo contest
(please read Help and Banned Sites)

Also, in the Stats page I can see the following :

Quote:
convert maximum 0 cashable credits to 0 noncashable credits Fixed Ratio 1:1
convert maximum 0 noncashable credits to 0 cashable credits Current Ratio 20:1
convert maximum 0 cashable credits to 0$ Current CPM $0.1

... which I guess means that I can convert credits accumulated through various ways to cash only with the ratios above.
So, if I accumulate 20.000 credits I will be able to convert them to 1000 cash-able credits and those will equal to $0.10.

Apart from this is there another way of converting credits to cash?

First, thanks for joining in our downline. I appreciate it! :)

Secondly, do not purchase the Super Gold membership till you can get it at a $14.90 discount. If you want and when the timing is right, I can ask the admin when is the next time he'll have that discount.

What I do is convert the cashable credits to non cashable and use it to promote DonkeyMails PTP.

As of this post, there's been 131K total hits to my sites. :)

moneymarketing and I also purchased the Personal Page for $11.90. And that's where we gets tons of credits. Here's an example of mine:

Based on what I read on the site I'll try to review the critical parts of the site that we are interested in. Please correct me if I'm wrong at any case, and maybe fill in potential blanks.

Credits:
From what I understand when using promotion pages standard members earn credits out of which 80% go to non-cash-able while 20% go directly to cash-able credits. Gold members get 60% to non-cash-able and 40% directly to cash-able.

The cash-able credits convert to non-cash-able at a 1:1 ratio which is ok.
The non-cash-able credits convert to cash-able at a 20:1 ratio which is not great but could be worse, so it's fair.
The cash-able credits convert to cash at a ratio of $0.0001 per credit.

I'm not sure if gold members get different rates, please let me know if they do.

Promo URL:
The promo URL for a standard member grants 0.5 credits per visitor while a gold member earns 1 credit per visitor.

As an example delivering 1000 visitors to the promo page will grant:

500 credits to a standard member out of which he will receive 400 non-cash-able credits and 100 cash-able credits.
1000 credits to a gold member out of which he will receive 600 non-cash-able credits and 400 cash-able credits.

Personal Page:

Personal Page grants 3 credits per visitor (no difference is mentioned for gold members).

So, delivering 1000 unique visitors to the Personal Page will grant 3000 credits in total that translate to:
2400 non-cash-able and 600 cash-able (=$0.06) credits to standard members.
1800 non-cash-able and 1200 cash-able (=$0.12) credits to gold members.

Final Thoughts:
From what I get, Gold Upgrade+Personal Page is the way to go.. as the standard member's earnings would not justify the cost of the traffic to the promotional pages.. A good promo may be the golden line between the benefits and costs.

Welcome to the team. With the gold upgrade you also get random referrals.

Plus you also have the promo contests

http://www.em-traffic.com/contest_lastweek.php

and the personal page is available for 11.90 right now which is the best deal for 12 months. I don't think you need to be upgraded but the page offers a lot of advertising (not as good but offers perks like BestE does)

http://www.em-traffic.com/personalP.php

I plug the promo pages into my MFS gold upgrade advertising so the promo earnings at EM are 'free'. Then I convert the cashable credits to non cashable credits and use those to promote my DM PTP link. From there I use the DM earnings to either cash out or add some great advertising in the DM network since they are a lot bigger than the EM network is

Meanwhile I requested em-traffic.com to be added to BestEMoneys.com Paid-to-Surf listing and added my referral link.

MM, I think you should also add yours too and request it to be added..

We should get their attention. :P

As I mentioned in another thread, I'll be away for few days.

In the meantime, keep checking for the Super Gold upgrade promo in this page:

http://www.em-traffic.com/news_archive.php?ref=

Cause they sometime have the special promos available just for 48 hours.

And if you do buy, I suggest you subscribe to hold on to the special price.

By the way SS, the Personal Page is 3 credits/unique page view whether or not you're a free or upgraded member. So one possibility is that while you're waiting for the upgrade promo, you could still buy the Personal Page to get going. And again, I suggest you subscribe.

I signed up to EM-traffic, but I haven't managed to login once. After I enter my credentials, I get to a page with the following error:

There's been a bit of an error. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

Is it just me? I tried different browsers.

I can see you in my downline and it says verified so your registration is ok.

My best guess is it might be a cookie issue or sth.

Try opening a private session on your browser (that's: Ctrl+Shift+N if you're on windows) and then try to login.

Didn't work with the private session login.
It's always directing me to the link http://www.em-traffic.com/poll.php?pollid=2, with the EM-traffic logo and the aforementioned message below

I'll try with the home PC to see if it works.

I heard from the admin. That they'll probably be switching servers within the next few days and that the site might be down temporarily.

Thus if you're promoting Em-Traffic in some of the other sites, having some credits assigned to it, you may want to set it to pause during that time.

That's possible or their having technical / server issues is what is making it a little more difficult to communicate. One way or another, let's see what develop and hope for the best.

Last week, the owner gave me two refunds from my most recent upgrade and personal page purchase. And in the message, he stated that they were going to move servers due to technical problems and that the site would be down for few days and all. So that's how I knew about it.

Hope it'll be back up soon. Cause I could see the difference in my DM PTP earnings since it's been down.

I agree. He should communicate with the members. Another option could have been to put it in the news section that they'll be moving servers or something to that sort.

Okay, I heard from the admin. Whereas he said that due to some unforeseen changes with the web hosting provider, their technical staff is working diligently to change the server and site programming to get it to function again.

So, I guess we'll just have to wait and hope it comes back up soon.

The funny thing is that although it's still down, it does seem to reach the "Problem loading page" quicker. Now I don't know if that's a good sign or what? It could be that cause they're working on it, it's not taking as long to reach that page or something? Let's hope that's the case.

Really? Did they pay the money back that they took in upgrades?

And they closed it? I thought they were telling us they were upgrading the site? I guess they were just buying time.

There is a bit of a difference between the line 'we are making a new site' and 'we are closing because we can't afford to do this'

That is the type of thing a scammer would do

They took money while they said they were doing something else = scammer

Sometime a site closes for other legitimate reasons, it doesn't necessarily automatically make them a scammer.

Bankruptcy could be a reason as plans can always go wrong no matter how hard they try..

However, if they just shared those legitimate reasons with the people that invested there before closing, even if they don't have the funds to pay them back it would be a legit move.. but did they?

They just said that they were upgrading the site and now the domain expired?

Do they have a facebook/twitter page to post updates beside their expired domain?

A legit owner would have done so, and lack of it is sometimes an indication of planning an exit..

If they were legit they would find a way to let members know what's really happening.. or they simply didn't care enough to do so.. :dontknow

It was possible that it was the latter. Yes, there were members that felt that they could have communicated better.

They've been around for a long time, for about at least 10 years and were paying members for a long time. It was actually my 2nd time around with them when I joined again two years ago, one reason being that they were PTP friendly.

And we were also aware that they were actually having technical problems. Rui had trouble joining and I also didn't get the due credits when my upgraded membership had been renewed.
