Keep up the good work!

You mean here in the forum or in the support page? Please post a screenshot if possible and I'll look into it.  Smiley

It's a pitty YaBB is also not responsive and it would take a ton of work to fully polish it..

Small update: too bad the original template was not responsive, so ever since my last post I've worked on it and finally completed the client's side responsiveness.

It should now display, scale and function properly in all mobile devices down to a minimum width of 350 pixels.
Should any problems arise, I will fix them as they show up. Smiley

It was nice of you. Thanks.
My pleasure and as always.. the best is yet to come! Wink

Maybe you ought to do some work for Downline Farms? All its PO does for support is just listing his e-mail address.
I'm not sure he's wiling to handle a support center, maybe that's why he's only using emails.. I could definitely help up in many aspects of his site, but I'm not sure he would be up for it.

Maybe for now it's best for me to focus on my site, then get in touch with him afterwards. Maybe that way we could get a deal. Smiley

I'm also not too keen on upgrading again anytime soon.

The credits delivery speed was ok, but the price is only fair when including referral commissions.

Otherwise they're too overpriced and that won't convince people to use the system as a vfm advertising source.

Their surfing process is also discouraging and not rewarding enough.

So, I've also stopped being active there a while ago, but will keep it as an option if it gets larger in the future.

My "membership" expired yesterday. 9565 credits were used in 4 urls I promoted. Got 2413 credits left, now only going to one site due to the membership expiration.

I'm out of credits. They did move relatively fast. I have no complaints from that angle. For the cost, I'm not sure they were worth it. I got a handful of referrals from them. I don't think I'll continue being active. I do have their banner running at YGP and have 8 sign-ups and three actives so their promotional material works relatively well. I'll thus leave them on the back burner and maybe something will grow out of that.

The rewards for surfing are not adequate enough to keep surfing. They make it difficult with captchas, etc. just to surf and the amount of BTC paid to do it is too low.

They need to get a little more generous with member rewards. Plus the program is a little complicated for the average surfer, IMO.

It's been a while since I've posted here with something new.
As we all know time flies, but I've never let go of the idea of re-expanding the ptcbox.me network and services.

It's my offline life always getting in the way, but ever since I quit my offline job (February 2020) and started working from home, I resumed developing my custom framework on which I would base a new version of the site and advertising space I used to host on ptcbox.me.

The best part of this development is that I actually have used it on 3 of my clients so far and kept on improving it through each iteration.

Eventually I will bring back my advertising services, however this time I will also focus on free users as well in order to keep some steady traffic around.

I will also add some site development, templates, plugins and hosting options, as that it is my main line of work.

So, for now I will simply announce that today, I finally got to set up a simple yet nice support ticketing system based on a well supported open source platform and added a link to it on the forum menu (as you may have noticed already).

It will help us as we go in the future. Smiley

Voted positive for it... with what was in my balance.. not much but I guess it will count.  Grin

The important part is that it is now there for as long as the site lasts. It's basically permanent advertising for $5.50. Only a few need to join for there to be payback. I think I'll post the member base growth each month and share value. Maybe that will convince a few people and it will keep the topic top of mind in the forum.

Yes, their details can be a bit strange. I've seen all sorts of weird names on the commissions list

Question about "Top Promoter Contest". What if you don't finish in the top 20, are the points any good?

No. They are only valid towards the contest but it is pretty easy to make the top twenty and earn a couple of bucks per month on it.

Okay, so that whole credit card thing was only the backup payment method. It does use the balance first, and only if it's not enough does it go to the CC. Wouldn't kill them to explain things a bit better in the payment page.....

Anyway, I upgraded now.
