So, I've also received another 6 payments from YGP since the last time I updated my thread here.

...

I'm basically withdrawing and reinvesting as soon as possible in order to get over the "processor with the most deposits" rule.

Until then I'm only able to cashout exactly what I deposit so just 100% ROI.

I have a long way to reach that so it will most likely take a few months.

So, I've just received another payment from R4A within just 2 days adding up to a summary of $153.43.

...

Due to the PayPal event, I've switched to BTC in R4A as well as the rest of my programs in the GPT world.

There is not much here at this site to get excited about. The fixed ads can't compete with Neobux. The only real ad benefit is the banners. They are still a pretty good deal. The rented referrals look like they could turn a profit but we know how those things change as you scale and upgrade so I'm going to try to turn a profit on them with 200 and see how it goes

If I can profit like YGP and have that pay for my advertising then that is at least a small win but I don't think this will change lives

Because the user base is so large the banner ads should convert well

I got this email today from eTrafficFreedom, an old traffic-exchange site which kinda reminded me that back in 2011 I used it for some extra advertising.. The email was about another PayPal limitation:

Quote:
Hello everyone and welcome to all members!!

Well, well, well, Paypal finally got around to me!
As it already happened to many owners of Internet Marketing programs,
PayPal has permanently limited my business account, and use of Paypal.
There was not any advance notification, an email that my account was closed,
No processing for incoming or outgoing payments,
and any funds in them would be held for 180 days.

Apparently the business I was doing is dangerous to paypal, and violates their Acceptable Use Terms.
I tried contacting them and after several attempts, they made it clear to me that they would no longer offer their services to me.
Paypal direct access will be removed from all of my sites immediately. I am in the process of doing that now.

Any member who has an upgrade subscription with any of my sites, (list below) through Paypal please,
cancel those subscriptions, Paypal will not process them anyway.
Members who have lifetime upgrades you will always receive your benefits.
Yearly upgrades you will have to renew when your upgrade ends as it will expire then.
For those who are on monthly or short term basis, you will have to renew using one of the other payment options.

All members there is no need to fret your commissions are safe and you will receive payouts
I have started to integrate several different processors on different sites I own,
Coinbase (which has paypal), Stripe, Solid Trust Pay and 2checkout ( credit/debit card ) at my sites.

Being able to provide services in alternative payment processors is always a positive so I decided to share it here.

I joined and will give it a test run. The prices seem good. $20  for a 7 day banner ad

My first impressions are that the site looks good from an advertising perspective. They look like the typical PTC on the inside.

I bought two banner campaigns which seem to be the most reasonable value. Everything else but the fixed ads I'll probably ignore. I'm so glad sites undervalue the great advertising benefit that banners are.

The one day banner ad that sells for $20 has produced over 32000 impressions and 35 clicks in a half day. This one sells on their site and you don't need to be a member to buy. I assume it is targeted to corporate buyers because you can't buy with crypto. Only credit, bank transfers or debit

The 7 day banner that goes for $20 also is for members. You can fund it with crypto and it is probably priced to be PTC competitive. They don't tell you how many impressions you get but after a half day I have 35 clicks there also. That should work out to about $3 for 60 clicks per day if it holds up.

Of those 70 clicks total, four new members have joined at PV. All are active and three have already earned me click commissions

My next step will be to test the rented referrals. If they are like Neo or if they are like other PTCs. If I can turn a profit with them then that can be a source of internal advertising funding. No need to cash out and no need for the potential problems that Rui faced.

Yes, they seem to have that too. They appear dynamic but we will only know once in the site. Are you going to join?

Nope. My account was stolen when there was problem with my password getting leaked through cashnhits. I recovered access to every site except ojooo, where the support ignored me. It never paid anyway, so I just wrote off the loss and forgot about it.

That's a raw deal  Undecided

I'm only going to go into this for the advertising. Hopefully, they have improved their admin. I'm not planning to make money there.

Does anyone want to jump in on top? No guarantees but you might make some commissions. Even if they don't pay you might be able to convert to advertising

How to block ad networks without an adblocker on a Windows based PC

With the latest wave of annoying and heavily intrusive (if not malware-like) advertising networks, and the more anti-adblocking techniques used by sites, it's been getting harder and harder to block these pop up/under ads while being able to view the actual sites you want to visit.

So, I decided to share a simpler way of blocking whole networks from being able to send you any content without being spotted by anti-adblocking methods. Here's how:

On your Windows PC:
  1. Click "Start" and type "notepad.exe". This should bring up windows search and display the "notepad.exe" application on top of them.
  2. Right Click it and select "Run as Administrator". Select "Yes" if the User Account Control pops up a message requesting your permission to grant access to the application.
  3. Select "File -> Open" in the notepad's menu.
  4. Browse to the folder "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" (you can even paste it in the "File Name" field and press "Enter" on your keyboard to directly browse to it).
  5. Change the extension field on the right of the "File Name" field, from "Text Documents (.txt)" to "All Files (*.*)".
  6. Select the "hosts" file then click "Open".
  7. (Optional) You can keep a backup of the file's contents in a new text file just in case you break something in order to restore it later.
  8. Now at the bottom of the file's contents, you can add one line for each advertising network that you want to block pointing it to your localhost IP (127.0.0.1) just like below:

    Code:
    127.0.0.1	pushmejs.com
    127.0.0.1	oktpage.com
    127.0.0.1	popads.net
    127.0.0.1	mellowads.com

These are my own blocked ad networks, you can always add as many as you want. Just use a tab after the IP address and add the domain name of the network you want to block.
  9. Once you're done click save to update the file with your changes.

From now on content from these sites will not be able to be loaded and your browsing experience will be cleaner and faster as they tend to also slow down page loading.

Please PM me if you require assistance in any step.

What's the status on this thing? It is still going strong, I see their ads around and now they are producing an ICO?

Once again they look great for advertising. Their prices seem somewhat reasonable (20 euro for a one day banner)

I'd like to test their ads at least. I'm running out of places to advertise. Neobux seems the only reliable spot but they have banned paidverts so the options are limited for that. R4A also does not allow gambling sites, so it is difficult

Can you post your referral link Rui?
