The parent site is the one that funded the building of the PTC so the PTC is sort of like the subsidiary. Thus they send all profits to the main site not only to pay for the costs of building but also because the parent site owns the subsidiary.

Kind of like Google France (or you tube, etc.) sending all profits to Google corp. international. It runs as a separate entity

The reason I wrote that above is mainly due to the fact that the first year in any PTC's life is very expensive to the owner or the company that runs it.

So I doubt that it will drive any profits to the main site.. on the other hand I believe it would draw a big amount of money away from it, if it's meant to survive..

But, I guess the owner is wealthy enough to work it out..

They are turning a profit. One of the positive aspects of the site is their transparency

I must admit, it is really cool to be able to watch a PTC grow.

This site is growing like crazy.

They now have over 48K members and have been approved for Paypal, egopay, payza and bitcoin. They are currently working on getting paypal mass pay going.

They also are generating about $1000 in revenues each day so this has achieved a new level of credibility if you ask me

I assume you are talking about paidverts right?

Btw, I've just noticed a top left advertising spot on MyTrafficValue :

...

It gets rented through bidding and it seems it's not that difficult as the current advertiser got it just with $0.10..
Do you think it would be worth a shot to promote there?

Edited:
I've also noticed that the same goes for the 728x90 banner ad on the top right..
This is getting interesting... what do you think?

I think that traffic around there would now justify the price but remember that it is only for an hour. The better deal is the side banners and they run for an entire day. The problem is that the queue is so very long. I've tried to get them to fix that but to no avail.

Here is the link to the current bid cost.

http://mytrafficvalue.com/campaign/auction.html

If you click on the individual banner number you'll see how many impressions/clicks the banner gets. Just remember that it displays the clicks from all the campaigns on the banner like this one. Even still, when I have run a campaign I was satisfied with the results. I've had referrals sign up to MFS, YGP and BestE from those banner spots

http://mytrafficvalue.com/campaign/auction/7.html

As a side bonus, if you join and become a shareholder, part of your advertising goes back to you in the form of dividends and eventually a higher share price. So you are helping yourself out there

If you do try promoting in there I suggest you use a tracker to see how many clicks you're getting from it. Unless they provide that stats for you.

And do you know how their "Add a new listing from $5.50. Insert your referral link by default and earn 10% of upgrades!" works?

Thanks!

That is their monitor program. Basically you can have a program added that they will invest in and they report if it is paying over the long term. It is popular among HYIP sites as many of them promote programs that die quickly.

I haven't really tested it because I wasn't putting any extra income into the program and the member base was still small. Now that the member base is growing along with my income, I may test it in the future but I think there are better advertising opportunities there like their paidverts site

The Shares Opportunity Explained - One more time!

Hey,

I just want to re-iterate this shares opportunity. As it's a crystal clear
way to make an incredible amount of money:

PaidVerts uses 50% of every ad pack purchased, to re-invest at My Traffic
Value.
Basically by buying shares and reselling them 2.5x higher. As these shares
mature; it enables PV to issue ridiculously huge daily ad issues. Which sets
PaidVerts a million miles ahead of our competition. And that copetition is
huge; they have millions of members! With websites in the top 100 most
trafficed websites in the entire world. And we can put them to shame!

So that market is ours for the taking. its enourmous, and holds hundreds of
millions of dollars worth of value. Which we can take full advantage of with
our PV-MTV combo!

So PV is constantly buying up shares and reselling them 2.5x higher on the
marketplace. Even if that means its buying its own shares, and re-listing
them higher. So the share price is going up and up, and there's no ceiling
on it. The bigger PV gets; the more shares it'll buy, the higher the price
will climb, the more of its investments will mature. And the bigger and
bigger it's ad issues will become! Resulting in more and more members; more
and more traffic value. More people to buy ads, to invest, to be exposed and
utilize our upcoming / other products, businesses and services that MTV is
building just as fast as it can... And just everything grows, and every
aspect of My Traffic Value makes more money! You can already see proof of
this in our results. They've increased 3fold in 2months from ~$200-300/day
to over $1000 per day!

---

So, the share price is climbing!!
The faster it climbs, the better PV becomes, and the faster it'll grow!
The more it grows, the more ad packs will be purchased daily; and the more
it'll buy up shares to rocket the price.
And the more that happens, the bigger everything gets. Creating the
fundamental value that the increasing share price represents.

And look at our daily revenues:
http://mytrafficvalue.com/results.html ... $1000+ per day already.
This is working! And it can be a 1000x bigger!

continued....

What are we looking for?
We need the biggest possible capital injection into purchasing up shares.
This will spike the price! And that will spike PV's results at the best
possible time... And then absolutely everything will explode in value /
earning potential. PV will become enourmous! MTV will become enourmous! And
our portfolio will become world class in the blink of an eye!

If someone puts $50-$100k into snapping up shares at $0.50-$1 each right
now. MTV could easily be worth tens of millions by the end of the year. And
a share price of $5-$15/share will be entirely possible.

Check out the marketplace:
http://mytrafficvalue.com/shareholders.html

1) Fund your account via the cashier at the top of the page.
2) Buy up shares.
3) Earn weekly dividends on our turnover, whilst you resell your shares at
whatever higher value you like. Or hang onto them a little while, they might
be worth an absolute fortune by Christmas. Huge huge opportunity.

What is the Risk?
... Well, the more shares you buy; the more certain the outcome will be.
That is a fact.
As by buying shares you are making PV incredible. It's already a huge
success in its own right, it's grown to 11,000 active users in 2months.
We've got almost 50,000 users registered at MTV (up from 5k at the start of
the year).

So by investing, you are going to initiate a series of events which can only
lead to growth. If PaidVerts pays well; how exactly are less people going to
participate? Obviously more will join, more will buy ads to increase their
earning potential on the back of the oppportunity that's happening right in
front of them. That they've already tested, and we have 11,000+ active users
earning daily, that can vouch for us. Saying this works! This pays! And this
is awesome! A Paid To Click like no other

I cannot understate the opportunity right in front of you, right now!
The unique combination of MTV and PV. It's really impressive. MTV is growing
PV. And PV is going to utterly explode MTV; give it all the financing in the
world to snowball our portfolio bigger than you can ever imagine. And we've
got 50,000+ people to promote all our stuff to absolutely free of charge.
They all have a vested interest in using it. It's a dream situation.

Get in early!
You've already procrastinated on a 25x return on investment this year
already. Don't let the next 25x price increase pass you by.

$100,000 buying up shares at $0.50. Will give you 200,000 shares. If over
the next 6-12months we turn that into $10/share. You're laughing. You'll
have turned $100k into $2million. And what are the risks? Virtually nothing;
if you have any doubts as to our credability; come meet us! The website is
transparent. Everything makes sense. It's in everyones best interests, that
you invest, that we pay, then everything gets 100x bigger! And why wouldn't
it?

Give it a go. This is the one. We've spent 3years building the groundwork
for this opportunity. And it's time for it to come to fruition!

Is it just me or he's a bit too confident?

Have they got reviewed by PayPal recently?
How safe are they from that point of view?

What if tomorrow PayPal notices that weird activity raise and decides to review their account for a few weeks..
Will the site survive such a hit?

Underconfidence is something you'll never be able to accuse him of  Grin

Even to the point when he wanted to do something that a clear majority of members went against(some of which I have documented here), he would do it anyway.

Despite that, they survived and do have  paypal. They actually already have gone through an account freeze and have a deal in place which is acceptable to paypal(something like a 7 day freeze on the funds plus limitations on what members can or can't do with those funds). So they have passed that hurdle.

As for the shares, he does have some reason to be confident about their success and value. Shares were trading at 2 cents after the last (and hopefully final) swap so that is where he gets the 25x growth from. Of course, the law of large numbers indicates that it won't be as easy growing the next 25x, but with revenues supporting the share price things should continue to grow in a positive direction
