Oh, yes, that would be a good idea. Their advertising is relatively cheap and would be good for the PTC crowd

I may roll some of my earnings there into advertising. I'm already up to 1.17 so it shouldn't be long

I decided to test it out for three days. I'll use the CS link so that I can cross check the stats. I was going to add paidverts but they don't accept gambling sites so I think they might not qualify

A nice bonus is that your link is placed on the rotator's links page

Alright so my  YGP campaign ended with the following stats:

...

Somehow, less than half the traffic YGP claims to have sent its way have actually reached the destination site.
A lot can play a part on it.. adblockers, slow connections etc.

Also I'm getting a larger amount of invalid clicks, maybe the reason is that people in more advanced countries tend to use mobile devices more than actual computers..   Dont know

The good part of it is that I also got 2 referrals out of which one did actually earn me something.
I'm running a banner advertising campaign using their banners on BoB and TrafficG.

TrafficG delivered 11 clicks out of 100,000 impressions.
BoB delivered no clicks out of  23,900 impressions so far (the campaign ends at 100,000).

I'll keep you up to date with it.

SS,

Have you tried it in FamilyClix yet? My experience tells me that you'll probably get better stats in there.

I'll try on tomorrow for another 2000, just to distinguish the results from each one easier.

Maybe I will also try a second run on each.. just to test the results with all countries on.

After two days my hits are this:

37,836

CS registers this as unique and total:

30,227      34,897

The sad part is sign ups are this

Embarrassed

I think CS is done

The rotator produces a nice number of hits for the price but other things need to be tested if they are to be considered an effective advertising option. For now, they go on the back burner

With 3 hours to go I'm at 56K hits and three sign ups. That's a little weak from the sign up perspective

Well, if you use the promote page the focus goes to the site being advertised below.. not that much on the top frame where our link exists.
It's not like targeting our actual referral link, that provides interesting info for R4A itself and displays them on the same page load.

Btw, one of my referrals is proving to be a good one..  Cool New
He has driven more than 3000 hits to his PTP page already.

I've noticed that we are able to see direct details on our referrals' activity including the sources of their traffic, valid/invalid hits etc.
And we also get their email, so there is probability for getting in touch with them.. That's powerful for team work! Smiley

I already feel great about R4A. Good find! Smiley

So, my FamilyClix campaign has ended with the following stats:

...

With a 2000 campaign FC sent a total of 1805 valid clicks and 100 invalid with very few of those non-unique.
That's double the traffic YGP sent me.. YGP must be doing something wrong there..

With a simple calculation based on my stats and earnings I get an average of $0.000235 per hit.
With further calculations I get a return of ~$0.047 per $5 spent on shares just by using up the bonus PTC advertising.

That's an additional 9.4% ROI from the amount invested in shares. Cheesy
Now if you add up the bonus from your referrals... Wink

I think we've got ourselves another gem here guys..  Money

Glad to hear that you're liking the program SS! Smiley

Your stats does seem to be in line with that we seem to get paid about $0.05 per 200 clicks in FamilyClix. Cool

Meanwhile I initiated a larger scale campaign with 75000 PTCs stacked up at FC. Smiley

I notice the PTP page is showing up in the FC page rotation. Does anyone know if you got the FC admin as a referral? That would be cool  Cool

Rui,

As I suspected, once my referral earnings went over the 1 cent mark it showed up on the main page stats
