It's not that untrue.. do you have an extra multiplier?

My stats go like this with 2 golden refs:

Quote:
2020-03-15 00:01:04      N/A      Matching Bonus      5.44      Unpaid
2020-03-15 00:01:04      N/A      Matching Bonus      2.72      Unpaid
2020-03-24 09:04:50      ***      Gold Downline Farm      0.70      Unpaid
2020-03-26 07:23:24      ***      Gold Downline Farm      0.70      Unpaid
2020-04-01 00:01:06      N/A      Profit Sharing      4.14      Unpaid
Total Owing:      $13.7

Either way it's double ROI on the upgrade. Smiley

Yes, I have three upgrades, so I guess that is the difference

I just bought a 30 day ad at R4A for DLF. This should help me to win or at least strongly compete in the promo contest

And I might just pick up one or two referrals (but I'm not getting my hopes up since they seem to get lost on the journey somehow)  Grin

If a 30-day ad at R4A doesn't produce significant results ay DLF, then I don't know what to say

Their landing page looks good, but their signup page is just horrible:

...

First of all, they're asking for too much information.
Second, you do not know which fields are optional and which are mandatory to be filled.
Third, users just don't know what to write in some fields like "ORU username".
Fourth, enter the 3 characters from the Security code just doesn't make any sense. Which 3 characters? ALL of them are characters. Numbers are also characters. Do they want us to write the numbers or the letters? Or only the characters of a specific color? Doesn't specify so it's very confusing.

I know from experience that if a user fails to fill a form the first time, they simply abandon it. That's why it's very important to ask specifically what you need in a form and not to ask too much information.

If they would simplify that form that would be an easy fix towards having more sign-ups.
Hell, I'd even signup as well but right now I'm unable to fill the form.

Also this header notice: "Only use a Gmail email address to register. Most other email clients will not work with our type of email server."
So now Bob can't join because he's got only a Yahoo email address? They should fix their e-mail server. It's not rocket science!

These are all good points and I have tried talking to him about some of them. He's not open to a lot of tips from experienced marketers. Another problem is that it is a script from a site and so it is difficult for him to make changes unless he goes back to the script makers themselves.

My problem though is with the inconsistency. I'm sure you can verify that, after the numbers get large enough, your referral rate should be fairly steady assuming you are not saturating your market. One good reason for that is because there are new people joining sites every day. The referral rate on that site seems to be relative to how close you are to winning the referral contest or the size of your downline. I can see myself getting 30 referrals from a site like Neobux early on but then see it drop to ten or less as the size of my team grows. Neobux is too steady a provider which is why I always go to them for a good measure of a site's ability to refer. Even though it is expensive, the ability to create a solid baseline for referring is matched by few.

I'm kind of glad that paidverts and PTCS are starting to gain that level of delivery as their active member base grows.

and another one is R4A which is which I've switched them into a top slot. You prices are good and your delivery is consistent

This month's balance already looks impressive:

Quote:
2020-04-15 00:01:03      N/A      Matching Bonus      8.29      Unpaid
2020-04-15 00:01:03      N/A      Matching Bonus      4.14      Unpaid

And another $1.4 from 2 golden upgrades plus the profit sharing value of this month, will add up to the summary.

Not to mention that we are getting close to another multiplier due to the membership growth, df gets better over time!  Smiley

That's all well and good but then there is this:

Quote:
The Referral/Promoter contest is paused for now. We've had a huge increase in fake accounts, and it's allot of work to remove these from the referrals counter for the contest.

So when Mr smartas stops winning the contests suddenly the rules change. Maybe it is just a coincidence but we have seen this kind of 'change' before.

This is the old 'just when you get to the payout threshold the rules change' red flag.

We need to be cautious.

I was just about to put a chunk of cash on a huge R4A campaign since it was obviously working. Now all my advertising is suspended since there is no benefit for me referring anymore. The contest prizes would have reduced my expense but it still would have been a net loss. I was OK with it because the company downline grows.

Now I think I am beginning to understand why this is so small and why the community has not picked it up. It looks like it is being stifled. I'm getting very suspicious and am now declaring caution on this one

What a shame  Angry

That kind of sucks.. not unexpected though as using such an old unmaintained script is insecure to begin with..

Let's hope we have enough time to pull out some profit before things start to change in an increasingly fast rate like in YGP for example..

On the other hand, I don't think smartas plays a part in this.. seems to me like it's just another member there.

And if he's a good player, I wouldn't mind having him join us one day.. Wink

As for my final April's stats here is the summary:
Quote:
2020-04-15 00:01:03      N/A      Matching Bonus      8.29      Unpaid
2020-04-15 00:01:03      N/A      Matching Bonus      4.14      Unpaid
2020-04-24 07:53:15      ***      Gold Downline Farm      0.70      Unpaid
2020-04-26 06:16:45      ***      Gold Downline Farm      0.70      Unpaid
2020-05-01 00:01:05      N/A      Profit Sharing      3.05      Unpaid
Total Owing:      $16.88

I just hope for some stability..

I've definitely made a profit. I have over $100 sitting in paypal from the site and my two contest wins mean he will be paying $63 to me. I don't doubt that he will pay. Where my frustration lies is that I was ready to take this to the next level seeing as we were so close to the share multipliers. That is now shot down. R4A is quality views but quality views costs money. It is able to deliver over 200K hits per month to DLF but in order to make is somewhat cost-effective, you need to buy in bulk

I'm just glad our unofficial red flag system caught this. Now we can all be more cautious around the site and watch for other signs  Phew

That might be a good ebook idea to market.

Red flag signs to watch out for in regards to online opportunities.

Then you could point people to a web page that has a list of sites that have met the minimum criteria

So far it looks like another promising month profit:

Quote:
2020-05-15 00:01:03      N/A      Matching Bonus      6.10      Unpaid
2020-05-15 00:01:03      N/A      Matching Bonus      1.52      Unpaid
Total Owing:      $7.62

Any idea what the current membership number is?
